I thought that some time ago, everyone was praising the AirTv module as a fix for the Dish module. My problem never quite went away with the AirTv and it seems that from the above post that not all problems were solved with it.

My Dish module is working just as good now as the AirTV module was before it died. Works better than it did when I first got it almost two years ago.

Yes I probably will order another one, but the original that Dish supplied is working fine now. Maybe some updates helped the problem that we were having with the Dish modules.

Has anyone had a Air TV module to stop working. Last night at about 3:45 we had a thunder storm and and the power went out because my clocks were blinking when I got up this morning. When I turned the TV on it would not get any local channels through the Hopper but locals were OK on the TV...

So voice operated Google Assistant tablets and remotes will not respond unless you say a wake up word, but if it is not listening all the time how does it hear the wake up word?

I did not know that words wake it so that it could hear you. In that case the button is not needed. I thought that the button was supposed to be the way to talk to it. Thanks for the info.

I believe she said "Hey Google, can you hear me".

Are you sure that the GA is not programmed to listen to you when the talk button is not pushed? They can probably do that but it will not work for you until you push the button. My daughter asked GA on her tablet if it could hear her while not pushing the button and it said "Loud and Clear".

Most of it but, nothing about seeing program resolution.

I just tried the above and it does not work.

I have just seen that when I select a input, even if I select the one that it is already on it will sometimes show the resolution and sometimes it will not. It shows the same as on the image on the previous post when on Dish input and when it decides to show. Problem solved. Thanks to all posters.

My TV came with only the small remote and I have tried all suggestions, with the exception of unplugging the HDMI cable, with no results. When I push the voice button and say info or information, it says "I did not understand that."
