Just called, $5 more a month but it is on. Tried to sign up online, and through the box apparently that cant be done yet.. I am assuming it is because you must already be subscribed to the HD pack.

Being an existing customer, I am not happy with being lower on the food chain so to speak.... I can understand E* reason for doing it though, they have already made their initial investment in me as a customer when they gave me my free DVR and 3 301's.

Well I did finally get my 811 installed in the date they were supposed to install it. Except for a few minor Guide issues, I have had no problems. The Picture is FANTASTIC on the HD and OTA channels!!! :shocked I am very impressed with the picture. Now I have to figure out what kind...

Well.............**deep breath** :o I called in my pre-order on 1/9 the first day it was available, and they originally told me 2 weeks....yea right. :no I called back a few times only to be told they are not in stock, apparently the local installers don't even know you have a pre-order...

I suggest you call your dealer and ask him. I tried a few local dealers and they had no clue what I was talking about.

I just ordered the 811, and I really wish I would have not read this thread.

I believe they got a massive shipment of 811's on Monday....Not sure if its nationwide though. I ordered one, well I got on the list they are supposed to call me within 2 weeks. I opted for the shipping option and I'll install it, who know how long it would take to get a truck roll out here...

Too bad they can dump CNN and keep the other channels.... I think that would make everyone happy. Im sure its probably a package deal though. :rolleyes: No one really watches CNN anyhow. As long as Dish keeps FOX news, Im a happy man. :D
