How peculiar. Well, I hit swap, and the other channel was on a local, but not the OTA version. And since I pretty much never use OTA, I removed them all just in case... can always scan for em again down the road. We'll see how it goes!

I had no idea how to search on this in the forums, but this exact thing is happening to me on my 622. Watching MNF on ESPN... says it lost signal. But as soon as I hit the guide button, everything is back to normal for a few minutes... until it pops up the lost signal/002 message again. I'll try...

Nevermind... I think I'm good. I was actually looking at Transponder 3; should have been looking at Transponder 1 instead... get a steady signal strength of 60 on it. I didn't know that the Point Dish screen alternates between "Spotbeam" and "Transponder". And double-checking The List helps, too. :)

That's exactly it. I know the initial reaction is to jump on the "clueless CSR" here, but they aren't clueless. They are repeating exactly what they have been told. It is not their fault that a CSR or even multiple CSRs do not know what we know. They are the symptoms. Educating the CSR's...

Anyone else getting center channel audio out of back left during the South Park episode that's on Comedy Central HD right now with Butters at bi-curious camp? Just curious if it's me or anyone else. Thanks guys...

All current SP episodes are rendered at HD resolution, and they are going back to re-render past seasons at HD rez. People may be quick to laugh, but it is a HUGE difference over the SD episodes.

If you had started this as a "Turbo Subscribers are getting a raw deal!" thread, you might have had some more sympathy. Instead you came out guns blazing against a defenseless CSR. This will not garner you sympathy. CSRs generally do not have the up to the minute information that we do here on...

The "M Sparks Theory" may also explain why there aren't any other providers offering HD Only service...

Interesting... same thing here in CT, after all this snow and such... I didn't realize it could cause bad reception on only a few channels - CNBC HD, Weather Channel HD, and Travel Channel HD have been out of commission for a few days now. Everything else is fine.
