Our HR34 is hardwired downstairs, and the H25 is only connected via coax upstairs. No CCK, everything works perfectly.

My H25 is behind our TV and the RF remote works just fine.

This has never really worked for me. I have my custom channel list anyway so I don't have to scroll through the PPV/Shopping/Church nonsense.

Called today, sounds like the free ST with a 1 year contract extension was available a week ago, but no longer. I got it down from $225 to $180, and I got Starz for 6 mo. and Showtime for 4 mo. to boot. I never had any intention of cancelling and I'm still on contract for a year, so we'll see...

There's a reason DVRs have limitations that prevent you from using them as long-term storage. The same reason you can't copy the file from the DVR to your computer and burn it to disc. The studios want you to buy the blu-ray.

Not sure when, but at some point the Player Tracker app for fantasy football started working again on my HR34. Which is good because I love it.

$99 for the HR34 and an H25 (this was in August). Returning customer - I had cancelled 4 months previous. This was essentially the new customer offer before it was renamed the Genie. They included one for free when I signed up, the installer insisted on hooking it up, and I just took it out...

To use the RF remote, the H25 requires an antenna to be plugged into the back. You should be able to get this kit for free if you specify it when you order. If you try adding it later it may cost you.

The "Channels I Get" option has never really worked accurately. You'll want to set up a custom list and just add what you want. PPV banner ads will still appear in the guide no matter what you do.
