Does anyone else have the Encore movie channel package for $5? I am receiving all of the Encore channels, including Encore West, but not Encore East. Is that the way it is supposed to be? If so, that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. :confused:

Thank you for starting this poll. This is my #1 aggravation with a system that has otherwise been nearly flawless. 1:00 AM sucks for me, it actually is one of the more likely times I will be watching TV. There's nothing worse than leaving the room and coming back to a rebooting DVR.

I just want to change the time. I do not find 1 AM convenient at all.

As an update, I've figured out that my receiver loses network connectivity either after the daily update, or after a red button reset. After either, the "Reset connection" button does not work. The only way to get connectivity back is to unplug the receiver and plug it back in. After that...

Maybe you are used to pressing numbers, but I certainly never used them . The menus are better laid out as well , so there is less need to go through them. Additionally, there is one button access to the DVR menu, which is what I use the most anyway. I found that there isn't any wasted...
