She hasn’t mentioned anything about speed. The like the size of it as she was always losing the 54.0 remotes and she likes the button size. I have a total of 5 remotes paired to her receiver 4 54.x and one 60.0 and never had any issues. She uses a wired Joey 4.

Has she said if response/lag time is a little faster? Is she using it with a Hopper Plus setup? My wife is going to give it a try. Wonder if Dish is going to come out with skins for it!
