    SD looks horrible

    I know! The SD on my other Tele's look great..eh...better but on my HDTV it looks like crap. Ah well. Can't have it all I suppose.

    Is it just me or does SD look really really bad? Maybe I am just comparing it to HD which looks awesome but it really seems to be washed out. Am I doing something wrong? Should I connect to S-video for SD or continue with component?

    I should have been more specific. I am getting the 811 in one room for HD and the other room will have a DVR reciever - which I do not know. Dish network had a great deal going - no commitment, no purchase, and a free 6 months of HD package.
