Location matters so much. My parents tried the Verizon 5G home internet. They could barely get 10Mb down even though the signal meter shows full signal at their house, so they cancelled it and are stuck with Spectrum.

They are doing the recordings by going in advance on the guide, then hitting select, just keep hitting select to get back. I've had 2 customers show me what they were doing

I get the H3 option, but they didn't have a dvr, and don't want to record.
