Ok so what happens if you don't have an ion primary station in your market? Take the Burlington, VT market for example... Laff, Bounce, Grit, etc are all on 22-x and 44-x and ion is SD on 3-5. Are we just going to lose all these subchannels?!?

I do watch Stadium online sometimes, and some of the games. To me, TV should be on TV. It's just easier. A well-broadcast, proper-aspect-ratio, good-quality SD broadcast on TV is better than a quality-shifting HD online broadcast, like Stadium.

I know that in Dallas, Stadium is the primary channel (xx-1) and is HD and is carried on Directv. Good to hear that they do put in games that are local for you.

Is Stadium Sports only added by Sinclair stations or do others add it? Do local Stadium affiliates broadcast games from the list of games online that are of local interest? Or does everyone get the linear schedule on their site with very limited games?

I experience "rain fade" on the Montreal channels that are fringe for me. They also come in much better in the winter than the summer. When 18 wheelers go by (not too often, a few a week) they disturb the OTA signal of any channel I am watching.

With the sports pack, which gives you NESN, MASN, CSN, and Altitude, all which carry ASN games in HD, many of the ASN games were/are available just fine on Directv in HD...

Trip, the PSIP ID on WCAX-3 is simply Ion in case you wanted to add that. I don't have all the fancy stuff to tell bit rates. This ion feed looks better than the ion SD feeds on Directv.

WCAX Burlington, VT has added ion on 3-3 in widescreen SD.

Must be a dialect that I am not familiar with. I don't understand one thing about what you posted....
