Voom, I imagine, will never attain market dominance. Companies with a large enough scale (think Microsoft, Walmart, and DirecTV) will always be dominant, but the smaller, and more creative (ie. Apple) can be successful by differentiating and finding a competitive advantage ("the most HD")...
Sean is not telling people not to post issues or negative feelings. He's telling them to start a thread about it and keep the discussions about said topic on that thread. In so doing, you can vent/ask your question without hijacking someone else's posting. There are those here that...
...namely HD. I would rather give my money to a company who's willing to pioneer a new service (Satellite Radio is great if you don't have that, by the way) than to the old stand-bys who constantly say "we're gonna do that too", but end up doing nothing (D*, E*, TWC, etc.).
Just my 2 cents ...
There was some sort of sport/game on today with Iran vs. Malaysia - it looked like extreme "red rover", a mixture of tag and ... I don't know what. Weirdest sport I've ever seen.

Thank you for contacting VOOM.
VOOM is pleased to announce the addition of TNT HD. VOOM's 37th HD

If you haven't seen the Bobby McFerrin concert (yes, the don't, worry be happy guy) you're missing out. It's actually an entertaining show. In fact, after watching it with my wife, she said, "I like this Zoom". Fine with me ...
By all the syntax errors in his post (not to mention his choice of user-name), DemonLourde is clearly a petulant 12 year old who has finally become bored with Dungeons and Dragons.
Spouting random tidbits of technology jargon impresses no one ...
I use the Gefen 2x1 with my Sammy DLP ... works great. The 2x1 is annoying in that the "out" DVI line is in front near the IR receiver. Other than that, I have no complaints.
OK ... point made ... still, your posts, while witty, are neither helpful nor serve to disuade anyone from Voom (as must be your goal, otherwise your posts are only self-serving which I know a 747 captain could never be :) ) Others enjoy Voom ... you did not (either time) ... let it rest man.
I might as well chime in ... I have the same DLP as Sean with the same result. 720p will not show correctly through DVI (it compresses the image in the top left of the screen). 1080i works great.
Here is my humble set up (notice the red "no signal" light is on - can't wait for the new box). I'd show my flight sim. too, but most of you all have 19" monitors already. :)
I got four new PBS affiliates ... my box is still nuts though. It's locking up every 15 minutes or so (after having zero lock-ups since mid-December). Crap.
