    Picture Rotation

That sounds logical, except for the fact that all my cell tower photos were all taken up and down. This forum would only post them sideways, no matter what I tried.

Titanium Satellite C band Dish support

That could be a good starter system, BUT, it's only a 4 foot dish, so is basically for KU reception, NOT C-band. IF you think you'd be happy only doing KU channels and have the money, you could try it. I don't at present use my dish for KU, so you'd have to ask others what's up there presently...

    Picture Rotation

Thanks, you just helped me figure out why some cell tower photos I posted a month ago in a thread would only post sideways. I never thought of pulling them into Paint, and re-saving them. But, that works! raoul5788

Titanium Satellite C band Dish support

Tell him you'd be happy to haul it away, AFTER he pays you the $150. Then walk away and see what happens. Personally, there's NO WAY I'd even bother with a dish smaller than 8ft now, AND, I'd never take a fiberglass dish now. There's no telling how small the mesh is inside that they used, and...

Will I need the internet to watch ATSC 3.0 ?

Maybe. It all depends on whether the Feds kill the DRM the providers are trying to put into place. I know they CLAIM there'll be converters that don't need a constant internet connection, BUT, if the loaded keys ever get leaked, OR there's a new firmware needed, it'll have to be connected to get...

    WTF, Federation Outpost PIKACHU?

    Pictures of Snow and Dishes

That's most likely due to the weight of the snow throwing off the aim of the dish. I use my battery Ego+ leaf blower to blow off my dish. IF it's super wet, I use an extendable window brush to brush it off.

    Big ATSC 3.0 Update

I thought it was great myself. I only hope the FCC listens.

    Big ATSC 3.0 Update

It works for me. It brings up a pdf popup file. Maybe you have a blocker?

    Turbo Tax

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

National Association of Broadcasters FCC Filing

Well, IF they continue to demand encryption on EVERYTHING and the FCC refuses to stop that, then sets an end to ATSC 1.0 soon, that's the death of OTA tv.

    Best 4x1 diseqc switch?

Chieta's have been good historically. But whatever one you can still buy, market is getting thin. Just remember, do not EVER switch a cable on one of these that has power. Don't add it, and don't remove it in that case. It's guaranteed to blow them.

I think it's the driver that E.B. tweaked that's doing it.

Happy New Year! The future of SatelliteGuys

You can't, unless Scott opens that choice up again. It's happened at least twice, so you never know. Last time was January 2020 for about a week or so.

Future of C-band Radio Content Distribution

I already have the info, but it's not very useful. Here's the link: https://www.antennasearch.com/HTML/individual/regTower.php?registration_number=1331235 It looks like it's just been sitting there completely built for months. IF it's true they are simply waiting on fiber install, they...

Future of C-band Radio Content Distribution

https://www.rabbitears.info/kb/identifying_cellular_equipment That tower above is completely constructed and ready to go, but not active as of yet. It's definitely Verizon.

Future of C-band Radio Content Distribution

I have a new Verizon tower I scoped out for Trip of Rabbitears the other day. It's only 1.4 miles as the crow flies from our house. It's not live as of yet, (he suspects it's waiting for fiber to be installed) but once it is, it'll likely solve all our reception issues. Right now, we can only...

Looking for a 10 FT BUD in Florida

DVB-S2 8PSK and such needs MUCH more signal to keep locked. As the band shrinks, it'll get worse because they'll likely go to 16 or 32psk, which needs even larger dishes for more signal headroom.

    New Message on OTA station

Check online for an update for your tv's system. Maybe there's a new one that'll fix it. It IS connected to the internet, correct? You are using a tv set with a 3.0 tuner, and not an outside 3.0 tuner device?
