Weigel Broadcasting to launch 24/7 cartoon channel "MeTV Toons" on June 25, 2024

I wonder if they'll put this up on 101w satellite, with the rest of their feeds.

Well, there you go. Dish / AirTv for sure needs to update your zip code for that new channel.

    AirTV Anywhere Issue

Try setting a different zip code that's nearby, but different than what you have now. Then rescan.

    SES-1

That's really odd. I haven't lost anything on 4180, have NOT rescanned, but mine say they are 8PSK. It's been so long since I last scanned them in, I can only imagine they've been 8PSK for a long time. Well, wait a minute: I DID rescan back when Ricks said something about the new Metv PT and MT...

    Hi, My name is Al

You need to change that satellite to 101W as I said. You CAN'T receive 180E at your location. Then YOU need to use the information to find a location at your property that has an UNrestricted view of 101W to tell IF you are likely to be able to receive some C-band sats at all.

    Hi, My name is Al

YIKES! You are right, your reception situation is pretty bad. Unless you are willing to spend around $300~ for some equipment in the HOPES of getting some OTA tv MAYBE. Personally, I wouldn't bother. Your only possible hopes are streaming, FTA satellite for a few things, and/or Dish...

    Hi, My name is Al

Click this link, and follow the directions to run a signal reception report on the exact location of your house (not just zip code) (where you would install your antenna if doable). Set Minimum Search Distance to 100 miles. Set Height to 30 feet. Press GO, and when it generates the signal map...

    Godzilla Minus One

Tried to see this in the theater with my wife, and when she found out it was entirely in Japanese and we'd have to read subtitles, she refused to see it then. Watched it later on streaming, and it was awesome!

    How things have changed

I love my Channels dvr I've had for over two years now. I have all my local channels including ATSC 3.0 (only 1 is encrypted), and around 1,200 streaming channels, and ALL with an integrated guide and ALL of them can be recorded.

The Zapperbox M1 Now Records ATSC 3.0 DRM Channels!

Oh, I'll admit they seem to have by FAR the best tech team, and a nice device. I just think it's overpriced by at least triple what it's worth.

no picture. signal resolution is on most of the times then goes off briefly, all buttons on the remote work but I never get a picture. It's an AMIKO

Bill, we need a lot more information, or description as this post doesn't have enough info to tell anything, sorry. What sort of dish, KU or C-band, what is your hookup, any switches, did it EVER work, etc.

EchoStar/Dish raises doubts about 'ability to continue as a going concern'

    OTA antenna combiner

It's worth it, hands down, and it's a ONE-TIME cost, versus paying cable tv every month forever. Best combiner in existence, and I only wish it had been available 40 years ago. This is what I combine with it. Each pointed at a different DMA :

    OTA antenna combiner

Ok, you really need to break up that post into smaller paragraphs, as it's REALLY hard for a person to wade their way through it. That said, THIS is the best 3-antenna combiner out there, by far, and has a built in preamp, yet can also power outboard preamps, as long as they are +12vdc...

Bit Rate Errors - causes and fixes?

The signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) at the tuners demodulator is what matters most. Signal-to-noise ratio is related to what is referred to as ‘noise margin’. Often a large contributor to S/N is the tuner noise figure. Typical tuners have noise figures that range from ~6 to 8 dB. So, even...
