I have started a small collection of DISH OTA dongles and a sling adapter from my original Hopper setup back in the day. Now with my H3 and new dual OTA tuner I have no need for these devices. Is there still a market for the sling adapter or the single OTA tuners?

I think the key to this situation is Dish is offering Free install of an OTA antenna preemptively in select markets. If they can convince a healthy majority of their subscribers in a market with a pending dispute or upcoming carriage negotiations to take advantage of the free antenna it will...

It has been doing this for several hours, I did the soft reset using the red power button, did the hard reset by unplugging the receiver for a few minutes. After the Hopper 3 splash screen it displays Starting Up 9999 then reboots again and so on. Anyone know what this is?

Anyone have the Thuuz app on their IOS or Android phone. I have the app on my Galaxy and part of the set up was indicating it was possible to pair with the Hopper and use it to control the hopper. Just tried it on my Sharp Aquos 4k and no joy. Composite also goes to no signal and switching back to HDMI is also no signal. Hopefully DISH resolves this shortly to late for NCAA BB but the Olympics are this summer and it would be nice to use it then.

Does anyone with U308 have working sports bar mode?

Broken on my H3 with U308 goes to a blank screen, says no signal but I have audio. Have to turn off the H3 then back on to get a picture again.

Same issue here. Brand new Sharp Aquos 4k tv. Had H3 in HDMI 1 it was noted as the ARC HDMI, swapped to HDMI 2 and still blank "no signal" screen. I can display small PIP, large PIP and side by side PIP but multiview goes to a blank screen with full audio of the channel I as watching. Total HDMI...

No regrets and only issue I had is recognizing my EHD that I was using with my H2000 and HWS. Even after reformatting it I continue to have issues with it being recognized. I have a new EHD that I bought and it is functioning flawlessly.

Just got my H3 installed today, how do I get it to recognize my EHD?
