    I just have a question why does the 722k run when it is turned off:confused: It sounds like it is the hard drive running. Is there a way to shut it down?? Or is this normal.

    Sound problems

    We have very bad sound problems. We have a 622 and a 612 when watching a program the sound is ok and when the commercials come on the sound goes up real loud. Also when watching HBO or one of the other pay movie channels we have to turn the sound way up to hear the movie. What can we do to fix...

    Signal and sound loss

    We have the eastern ark dish and at times we have signal and sound loss. it happens every now and then not all the time. the signal loss we get a messed up picture and the sound sounds like a loud hum. what is wrong???:confused:
