What is up with the sound leveling software for the 722k. Dish had said it was to be rolled out in December for the 722k???

Agreed. We'll all be dead by the time they download it. At least this is consistent tardiness for Dish software downloads.

Still no volume leveling software???

Here it is now January 14 still no software download for the 722k. I tryed to ask dish on the web site but no real answer on it. Guess I will have to just keep the remote in hand at all times. Scott if you read this maybe you could ask dish at CES.?:confused::(

still no volume software

:( It is January 26, Still no volume software for the up and down volume. I wonder if they were only blowing smoke on the chat or charlie is in a price war with them???:mad:

If you recall the named based recording for the PVR501 fiasco, that did a good job of setting the standard for the TV to reality cross reference. I.e., if they say just a few months away, that really means maybe never.

No I don't know??

No I don't know what you are talking about?? They were on one of the chats talking to the SRS SOUND LAB man who was to sell them the software to control the volume. That was back in Sept. I think or November. They said it would roll out for the 722k in December and the others starting in January.
