I cant get sats 110 and 119 to lock at same time both get same signal 84% but only one will lock on a time one shows white bars on green background other white on red try to adjust the it locks on just goes back and forth. Is this a switch proble bad dish ?

I am setting up a portable system I have the exact same Dish and useing house reciever I can get Sat 110 but not 119 when I hook to permanet dish in yard all works fine but wen I go to portable dish set up only get 110 Iam useing settings to match each other [ both dishes] what am I doing wrong ?
