The title pretty much sums it up. I have a few questions about getting a DTV receiver with Tivo built in or their R15 unit (with some other sort of DVR). What is the charge for the tivo vs non-tivo service? which do you recommend for a new install?
I got rid of my landline and I never want it back. I am thinking of getting either dish or dtv. All I want is one reciever (with dvr) and that's it. What is up with this stupid land line requirement? Dish told me I needed to have one or else they would charge me a 5.00 month aditional fee...
