    Upgrading Charter internet?

    Can you go to a faster speed by ordering on-line or calling? Or do they send out a tech and charge a service call? I tries up-grading my cable and that's the answer they gave me. The tech would come to the house and charge me $50.00. What a company.:mad:

    Can I buy a HD box for use with Charter?

    I'm setting up an account with Charter and they don't have any HD boxes until the middle of Jan. Is there a box I can buy that will work. The tech I talked to didn't know. Thanks,Tony

    OTA with a H10 and no dish?

    Hello I'm moving where I can no longer use Directv and was hoping that I could use the box for a OTA tuner. It works with the dish disconnected but when I turn it off and back on,I can't access the antenna setup. It's blacked out. I'm I missing something ? Thanks,Tony
