    Is there a way to remove the new apps from a H-24 receiver?

    622 Info Window keeps opening

    Greetings, I have a 622 dvr. The information panel (The screen that appears when you press info on the remote) appears by itself without even touching the remote. We have to constantly hold the remote to clear the screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
