622 Info Window keeps opening

Greetings,

I have a 622 dvr. The information panel (The screen that appears when you press info on the remote) appears by itself without even touching the remote. We have to constantly hold the remote to clear the screen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would start by changing your remote code.

Thanks! I switched the remote code to 3 and have had no problems for the past nine hours. The previous code was 1.
