Having the same problem here!

I received the network kit from DirecTv today and I installed it. Everything looks fine and is even downloading a movie. I have 2 questions... Does it take awhile for the guide to show the channels in the 1,000's? How do I get the HR20 to share music and pictures from my computers? Thanks, Jeff
