    well the joey is in the spare room where hardly anyone watches but company and grandkids ,so i was trying to lock out everything i knew they wouldnt watch or need to watch. ive always liked locking channels out better than making a favorites list.

    is there a way to skip some of the shows being recorded in primetime? like all the football ?? also when trying to lock out some stations on the joey,they keep showing back up.mainly what is my opinion way to many sports stations. yes,female here:)

    new hopper/joey installed this week:)

    Install went great,very nice and helpful young man,had no problems after updating our dish to a black one.?? The hopper has to be the best upgrade hubby and i have made in 15 yrs of dish. i love it,and am finding it very user friendly. anyone thinking about the upgrade ,just do it,you wont be sorry.

    Thank you ! after seeing a diagram of the back of the joey,with the composite out you mentioned,i realized he must have misunderstood me,and thought we didnt have any hdtv's. which was kind of odd since he knew we had the 722 hddvr,and hd programming:rolleyes:

    We have one hdtv(main room) and two standard def. in bdrms the 722dvr . Is it true that i cant use the two other sd tvs with a hopper and 2 joeys? that is what i was told by a call to dishnetwork. that only hdtv would work. i realize they would only be displayed in sd on those two tvs. also...

    OTA Local Channels

    yes for sure keep locals os you get the on screen program guide,we have locals and an OTA hooked up but for what ever reason,the nbc OTA channel on says digital service. on it and its a pain in the butt to have to set timers manually.ive emailed the station but they never bothered to answer.but...
