I had the 034C firmware and still no HD channels. I went into setup and the HD channels(Hide HD duplicates) was set . Changed to show HD duplicates. Works for me. But only works for channels below 100. Also I do believe it must be on HDMI cable. I quess this is for just HD locals??? jet

I had my install on 9/7/2009 and I got an HR21. Everything seems fine with it although it is much slower than the E* DVR I had (622). I was hoping for the HR23, But thats hit or miss. I asked the installer if he had one in the van and He did look for one. All HR21's that day! Just my luck...
