    Sat. program guide in print format.

    Years ago I remember seeing a couple of sat./cable channel print guides. TV Guide on steroids! They were about the thickness of a small yellow pages tel. directory and cost around $5.00 a month. Are they still in print and where can I subscribe? Thanks, Mike R
