I see AMC in HD because of the free preview, but the SD version is not showing up in "My Channels" list or in the channel list on dish.com.

I have the Welcome Pack, which does not include HD but I get the locals in HD and any free previews that are HD.

If not too late, you should try again. I have the welcome pack and was able to get a Roku. I was promised one the first time I called but it never arrived, so I called again and it arrived a couple of days later.

Called 888-873-5765 and was able to get a Roku. I have the Welcome Pack and was first told that AMC was removed one month ago so I did not qualified. But I told them I taped "Breaking Bad" just a couple of days ago so after holding a few minutes they gave it to me.

Don't know about the 622 but on my 722k I am using a WD 2TB drive just fine.
