    fine tuning KAKU slimeline dish

    hello, can anyone tell me how i can fine tune my kaku dish using a birdog? any help will be great and thanks for your time i am getting signal on the 101,110,119, 103(C), but no signal on the 99(s), 103(s) thanks again
