If you have levels of 85-100 on all of those (especially 103), you should be good. Where are you located? There may be some areas which are outside of all spot beams.

For the moment, forget 99(s) and 103(s). Because they only carry spotbeams, they are a waste of time for use in dish aiming. And the high numbered TPs on 103(s) are actually from DirecTV10 which is the same satellite carrying the 103(c) transponders. Follow the dish aiming instructions for the slimline, make sure the dish mounting is absolutely plumb before you start, then align on 101 and 119. Then use the dithering technique to find the center of the 101 beam. You should have 101 and 119 signals generally in the 90s except for spotbeams. Then use the receiver to look at the 103(c) signal strengths. If they are not in the high 80s at least, make very small adjustments (probably in azimuth and/or elevation) to the dish until the 103(c) signals are in the high 80s, preferably 90s.

Once the dish is aligned on 101, 119 and 103(c), it will be correctly aligned on 99(s) and 103(s). That also means it will be correctly aligned on 99(c) when it starts transmitting.
