    Moving TV2 remote antenna

    Has anyone else seen an issue where a customer has had the TV2 remote antenna moved using splitters for a long period of time and over the last few days the picture has turned fuzzy on TV2? We have had several customers have this problem. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

    Super Satbuddy error

    Super Satbuddy giving continual "LNB undercurrent" error message when attached to LNB. Barrel and jumper have been switched. Current software. Any ideas?
