    Genie freeze

    Having a problem with my Hr34. I am watching dvr'd shows the last few days and they just pause all of a sudden and the only way to get them to resume is to hit the 30 second skip button. Is my hard drive failing. Brian

    Ooma/directv caller id

    I need some help. I replaced my Time Warner phone service with Ooma. The problem I am having is I can't get the caller id on the Genie to work. I have "easy jacks" these worked with Time Warner, but I can't get them to work at all. I have reset the hr34, the easy jacks and even talked to Ooma...

    Slow Hr-22-100 Piss poor CS

    I am an 8 year customer with Directv. I have a hr22-100 that I have reset, unplugged and hard reset. My problem with it is that it takes anywhere from 1-3 minutes at least twice a day to do anything to the box. I can't change the channel, bring up the guide etc..... I called customer service...
