    4 to 4.5 degree Ku spacing (72.7W and 77W)

    Ku spacing requirements have been 9 degrees for the most part. Since Dish is able to demonstrate use 4 degree Ku spacing to deliver Eastern Arc services to US customers, will there be potential for any additional "tweener" slots open up for use by DirecTV or Dish?
