4 to 4.5 degree Ku spacing (72.7W and 77W)

Ku spacing requirements have been 9 degrees for the most part. Since Dish is able to demonstrate use 4 degree Ku spacing to deliver Eastern Arc services to US customers, will there be potential for any additional "tweener" slots open up for use by DirecTV or Dish?

That's their long standing - last ten years they're pushed a request for 114.5W without luck; now they got this working in outer rim .

Dish having a Ku slot at ~67w would fill the gap nicely. :^)
