    Two things, the outlet like he said or bad signal. If they are stealing it -- and keep doing it every time we fix it that would defiantly be causing problems for you.

    Yes, it will work. It's kinda a pain to do it and work with TWC to get it done but you can. Also, if your just doing it because of ebay.. TWC has a channel that taps into ebay so you can monitor stuff and etc... Also, if your looking to record things just go with DVR box with TWC. I honestly...

    Also like to add, if anyone is apart of the Southwest Division in Texas... There not going to add any HD channels this year. We had a meeting a couple weeks ago and they told us it's out of the question because of bandwidth issues until next year... Other divisions.. who knows

    That's a lie, we do have a contract with them.. It's going to expire though. Last I heard from gossip is that there wanting to charge a lot of $$$ for TWC to keep it. TWC isn't really willing to pay a lot -- yes some, but not a lot. I think if they don't come to an agreement they will take it...

    I would go to your local office and exchange the box for HD box that has a HDMI output. If you request a tech to go out there they will charge you a fee for sending a tech out there. I honestly won't know if you see a quality difference -- but it's worth a try. Never hurts.

    I'm sure they have the bandwidth... Which it does take a lot for HD... I'm just saying people are ranting about more HD channels.. and than when they add more and start charging people will whine about that... They do tell us in our training that the more HD channels we get you'll start to see...
