    I have a broadband connection hooked up to my 622. I've run diagnostic and it says the connection is okay. But I don't get any lists of available shows to download. Any thoughts on what I should do?

    I have gold HD added. According to dish's online tech "expert" I need to be pointed at 77 and 71 too in order to get the channels...is that really correct?

    Only a few new HD showing up Why am I only getting a couple of the new HD feeds. I subscribe to America's Everything. But I don't get BBC HD, G4 HD and AMC HD among a few others. I am getting HistI HD and NATG HD. And thoughts?

    Dish Online playback on TV2

    No black screen. I just stays stuck in "Please Stand By" when I start the program. I've tried a reboot. No luck.

    I can't get downloaded programs via Dish Online to playback on TV2 of my 622. It plays fine on TV 1. Anyone having similar problems? Any suggestions, dish tech support has been AWOL on this one for me.
