I've had dish tech support guy "hit" my new/used dvr 510 three times with the reset code, nothing. I've done the factory default reset using the menu/6/3 unplug sequence and still have a pw protected box. My last hope is the guy I bought it from can get the pw from the guy he had loaned it out...
