I'm confused. I don't have the sling adapter but I do have a slingbox attached to my dish receiver. The free android app works for me. Is it meant to work with any slingbox, or did I just luck out?

I had this problem up to last week. Spent about an hour w/a support guy that wasn't able to do anything about it. He said he would escalate the problem. Two days later I was able to connect to the my dvr tab. I just checked and I am still able.

I went there and saw the same problem. I am using IE 8. When I press the compatibility mode button on my browser, the scroll bar returns. I also went to the bottom of the page and hit the feedback link and filed a bug report. Did you do that, too?
