I live in wisconsin but get the Fox Sports-Minnesota version of Fox Sports North. Will they ever give me Fox Sports Wisconsin?

The sides are not cutoff when in 4x3; they are only cutoff in 16x9. Therefore I was wondering if I should go into menu/system setup/hdsetup and change the aspect ratio to 4x3 from 16x9. How does the 4x3 mode get the picture to fill the screen?

I don't get it. In the top 200 I already get NHL network, NBATV, NFL Network and the Big10 network. Why is the price the same ($5.99) for someone in the TOP 120 who don't doesn't have those channels and someone in the Top 200 who already has most of the channels in this sports package?
