Thank you Bobby & Partysox for information. Current Joey 2’s are installed in small hidden spaces mounted vertically on their own stands. Dish anywhere - receiver connection lost, please try again later

Same “Receiver connection lost” error problem with me using both iPhone & iPad. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with this issue, but my suspicion may say it is. When consistently powering up Hopper3 in the morning, I get an “Ethernet connection lost” error in upper right hand of...

$50 Dish Grounding Inspection Fee passed by Omaha, Ne

Hmmmm, I see a grand opportunity to get the ~Customer~ and a qualified/licensed ~Electrician~ involved ~PRIOR~ to having any dish equipment installed. Why not make it a prerequisite to having a proper grounding solution installed at the immediate dish install location? If Omaha, NE has local...

    Wiring question about 722 (k)

ecarl, To specifically answer your question... Yes, one RG-6 coax run from the switch/dish location will be all that is needed to support your ViP-722 receiver. The one coax run will terminate to a separator that you will install before the Sat1 & Sat2 ports at the rear of the 722 receiver.
