    you could say that again... that is horrible... was that dish mounted over living space?? i'm not sure but i i think i see bishop tape at least... man, i would not be able to sleep or even leave the job site if my install was like that...

    ViP 612 will not take a software download

    idk why but yeap i'm on the same boat... from what i'm hearing is that it's "nationwide". went thru a couple myself. tested wit a 722 and all was fine. anyone else care to chime in on this? 612 stb has always been a pita sometimes...

    Bad Separator?

    that is correct it will not work... you will need one more line from the switch to 612 and eliminate the separator... good thing about 33 switch is you can connect 3 dual tuners.... 34 only 2.... good luck
