    erased "w's"

    the "W's appear to be erased in any word containing them in my program guide. is my 811 finally acting up or is it possible that someone could have hacked into dish (is so everyone would be affected and that doesn't appear to be the case)?

    sound then picture disappeared

    Sound sudden;y disappeared today from my 811. After checking all connections, making sure it wasn't the TV (sound worked on broadcast - but not through the 811) went to info screen to write down Smart Card number and then picture went also. 811 didn't respond to manual shut down or remote shut...
