    Hopper 3 antenna pointing

So I got the solo hub and the lnb and did a late night last night setting them up. I can get the 110 and 119 sats but I can't get the third pickup to find anything while keeping the 110 and 119 locked. Also thanks to all especially HipKat for lending his expertise.

    Hopper 3 antenna pointing

I have checked and I'm getting 110 and 119 echostar 14 west as the the sat to use. Which is what I used with my 722dvr. So why would I need an eastern arc lnb? The line is getting a bit blurry. EchoStar 14 at 119.0°W - LyngSat

I'm looking to buy a 1000.2 Hybrid Triple LNBF. This mean I would not have to buy a switch but will still need the hub correct?

Dish CSR please comment on mixed arc set-up for Puerto Rico and USVI customers

I don't have the space for more than one dish. I have a 500pr dish the 30' one. I have a dish pro twin lnb and a 500+ pro with three on and one in. The lnb you see on the dish is not what I have. I just got the pic off line. I'm right now on 119 but want to get on 110 and some others as well.

Dish CSR please comment on mixed arc set-up for Puerto Rico and USVI customers

Hmmm. I’ve been around here for just about a year mostly reading posts and thinking I’m going to jump in sooner or later. I just did after giving a tongue lashing to local cable company rep. I have complaining about a reoccurring problem for the past three years that never could be fixed...

Strange enough sky I did the right thing first. I called dish and asked for the local dealers before I started buying. I got one number on st. thomas. I called that number for about two weeks with no results. It would either be busy or just ring. I got an answering machine one time that...

To get good service down here, I'm told you need a 4' dish minimal. With the changes dish network is making maybe that will change.

I can get a used 4' dish to buy. So my next question is what LNBF model do I buy to work with my vip722 receiver? I am not skimpy on price. And I must say thanks to all for their generosity. ps Is the "DISH 1000.2 Dishpro Plus LNBF" a good buy?

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm now feeling a lot better. The problem with packages for Puerto Rico are that most of the programs are in spanish. Dish Network said they would activate the service if I had the equipment setup and ready. But the service would not be under the discounted...
