New install USVI DP500+ pro lnbf & 500 dish

I'm trying to setup a DP 500+ pro lnbf 118 3 out on a 30" by 33" high dish as seen in pics. It look like I will need an adapter or extended bracket. Can someone provide me with the part number or size and length of a bracket to use. This is my first install it is all new to me. I'm also trying to find out the best pointer direction for the usvi, east or west arc and settings (skew etc.).

Lf your trying to get internationals off 118.7 that is a Western Arc location.
