I'm really starting to get irritated. In the past month they've taken away Encore, all of the Disney's in HD, TMCX, and they STILL haven't made the Shreveport HD locals available. I've lost 6 channels that I watch and I've made 0 changes in my HD programming. It's ridiculous.

Does anyone know what happened with Shreveport? :|

I have AT250, HD 250, Platinum, and Showtime. I don't have free HDTV for life. And from what I can see I'm missing Nickelodeon West and Disney West. I only have the East versions now. I'm missing Encore (east?) and TMCX. Not sure if it's east or west.

Why have I lost Encore and TMC X in HD? As far as I know I haven't changed anything in my plan. I still have the rest of my platinum channels.

I'm missing encore and a tmc. I have the sd versions of the other encores and tmcs so I don't think its a package issue.

Sorry, if I'm being ignorant, but I see a lot of people being upset about PBS. What exactly is on PBS for you guys to get so upset over? I'm not familiar with their programming other than Dragon Tails or something, so I could just be completely misinformed.

Would I have to call a CSR for that or is a setting in my box?
