I have the directv receiver plugged into component 1 and a DVD player plugged into component 2. And nothing plugged into ANT or any other inputs. Should I power up the dvd player, unplug the tv, then re plug in the TV?

I'm guessing most of the MLB EI Pack is just channel mapping. I do not subscribe, but i have the sports pack. So when a Cardinals game is available on FSMW, if it is showing on MLBEI, that channel will come in as well.
