    Dish America Silver subscriber here. I just scrolled through and no MSNBC for me. I still have my locals OTA, but per my account info online, it appears that I'd be charged for the mandatory locals if I make an account change.

    My online programming still shows the Dish America Silver price without the locals (39.99 instead of $44.99). It looks like I'm still grandfathered in without locals for now... Basic Programming...

    Dish American closed to current subscribers?

    Took another look and this note may just be there because I don't receive locals currently. The Dish America plans actually do show up as options to select now. Silver is listed at 44.99 vs. my current 39.99. So it's probably just making locals mandatory now.
