That ap is not that accurate. It just gives you a general idea. You then need to point the dish.. Some magnetic inside the vehicle can move it just a little..

You need to unplug the Joeys. Wait at least 10 minutes.. Then plug back in.. They should then go through there normal download procedures..

After the check switch a big box will appear.. Its says you have fewer satellites are you sure you want to save press yes and it will ask you again and still say yes.. The only thing you will be missing are some HD channels.. But you should still have all channels..

Also some transponders are not used.. So it could be reading zero..
