Using DISH install Coax Cables for DirecTV

My installer is here right now, using all existing cables without a problem...great stuff. Although he did start out the visit with "Bad news, I don't have your HR34 with me...." ".....BUT I have a guy bringing another from a different city." Was on the 8-12 appointment schedule, showed up...

Using DISH install Coax Cables for DirecTV

On Monday I am having a HMC installed, 34 + HD Receiver, and was wondering if they will be able to use my existing DISH cables that were run, or if they will want to drill new holes, etc? I currently have the 722k from DISH. Thanks.

Former Dish Net / New Customers Read This

I am switching from E* here in the next week or so, and have a question regarding RSN's. I live in Northern Indiana (Goshen), east of South Bend and find myself in the Chicago RSN area. For a Indiana Pacers fan this is rather frustrating. Obviously the NBA doesn't publish market maps, but I was...

    DISH Contract Expiring

My contract is set to expire with a few days here, and I currently have the 722k DVR. I would like to the new Hopper/Joey set up in my next round with Dish, but am wondering about the best way to go about getting that done. My best guess (but why I am seeking guidance) is that leverage will be...

    Northern Indiana Regional Sports Network

Thanks for your help guys, unfortunately being in a rental and my 1st time with all this business, I am not going to push my luck. I wish my receiver had the OTA input, I'm not trying to spend 30$ to get that add on. I guess its just the 4 games a year they play the Bulls and 1 espn game for me.

The RSN's switched, but the Indy locals have not come in, is that what the Eastern Arc thing was? So am I just out of luck and need to get it switched back to South Bend Locals?

How to change local channel market

Anyone know if this changes your Regional Sport Networks too?
  22. trevorjd

    Northern Indiana Regional Sports Network

There is a thread below this about changing your local market by getting Dish Network to change your physical address but keeping your billing address. If I did this, would it change my Sports Networks too...any thoughts?

    Northern Indiana Regional Sports Network

Pacers just shot me this on Twitter after I complained about it: "indianapacers @trevorjd14 DM us your cable provider & where you live in Indiana and we'll if we can fix it." Even if it doesn't change anything, thankful that they are interested in trying.

    Northern Indiana Regional Sports Network

Here is what I know, the game is on FSN Indiana (only broadcast for this game). FSN Indiana shows up in my ALT sports channel as FSN Midwest, it says it will be blacked out, FSN Midwest is showing the Blues games tonight on FSN Midwest, which is also blacked out. My point to them is, don't tell...

    Northern Indiana Regional Sports Network

I am about to blacked out again for the Pacers game tonight. The CSR has not helped me at all. The website says that I supposed to get FSN Midwest and Comcast Sports Network, the Bulls games on CSN are not blacked out, but the Pacers on FSN are. Any ideas?
