Bought a used Wally, winegard pathfinder x2. called and had it activated. Do I need to reset wally to default. Can I use it on my fixed antenna that is for my hopper duo to setup and test before I take to the river..

I have a hopper 2 and netflix, both on the sat and on my tv. When I watch netflix on either the sat or tv app it hangs up at close and I have to reboot the sat to got past the netflix opening screen. Plus, is it possible to reset the hopper 2 withe the remote.

I just had a hopper duo installed at my home. I am now trying to order a wally and they are telling me I can't have a Wally with a duo. Person on the phone has no idea it is a stand alone recv'r, so who do I contact now..I had hoped the service would be the same as when I had the pay as you go...
