ordering a wally

I just had a hopper duo installed at my home. I am now trying to order a wally and they are telling me I can't have a Wally with a duo. Person on the phone has no idea it is a stand alone recv'r, so who do I contact now..I had hoped the service would be the same as when I had the pay as you go RV plan some years go..

I believe the requirement to use a Wally with a Hopper (any model Hopper) is that the Wally needs to be purchased, just like the pay-as-you-go RV plan. If you would like to purchase a Wally, don't forget my ad in the Classifieds section on this site.
