I started a discussion a year ago with brittanygarden from Dish participating concerning issues ordering movies using monthly free movie rental certificates and it's still not right and he/she is no longer responding. MyDish App only works (sometimes) for PPV. No On Demand options. When you select a movie from the Dish website, you still have to go back to channel 501 to get the ID #. I tried to order The Housemaid which was on the website but couldn't find the ID on 501. Several other movies were on 501 but not on website. The App only slows 16 available movies and all I looked at were over the certificate limits. I did order a movie On Demand over the web using a certificate but got charged anyway. Called Dish and was told the new policy is to charge the account for all orders and credit the certificate after 48 hours. It would make things easier if you could use certificates on 501 but I don't see that option.
