Billing department problems

My bill usually is issued on the 27th. I looked yesterday and had a negative balance. Today it had a balance of 119.00.
I first contacted the chat support in India or wherever and they made up a story about changing my bill issue date because of too many programming changes. I removed a total of 4 things to save money. Even though some involved the 5.00 drop fee I wound up with a negative balance.
I then contacted the Dish loyalty number and talked to a woman in the U.S. who called total BS on the issue date story from chat. She couldn't tell me why all the sudden I had that kind of balance but said she couldn't find any new charges. I couldn't look myself because the website doesn't show line items until a bill is issued.
She did say she was going to issue me a 40.00 credit for my trouble. I'm not paying them anything until a bill is issued

What I have done to force a generation of my bill is try to add any of the package (I always do the Columbian Pack because it is only $2.00), so then I can see what each of the items are and then I can see the cost and the proration of it. I don't actually purchase the package, but it shows me what the new bill would be if I continued. It is the only way I have been able to figure out how to view a bill before it is generated.

I tried your steps and couldn't find anything they added. The strange part was when I got out of that screen without adding it now says my current balance is 0. It will probably go back to the 119.00 balance if I log out and sign in again

I was right. Back to listing 119 when I signed back in.

That is strange! I have never experienced that for myself.
