I have a Joey 2 with U761. Every once in a while a screen with a banner at the bottom will start flickering the banner up into the main image.
For example, tonight it was really bad on ABC news. But when I switched to a Roku feed of ABC news there was no flickering.
We don't see this effect on the Hopper 3 in the main room.
P.S. It didn't occur to me to try an OTA feed of the same broadcast. Next time I will check this if possible.
